Rianna Parkinson (Australia) was able to ‘skip’ with her arms whilst handcuffed (stepping through his arms and bringing them up and over his head) a total of 39 times in a minute on the set of Guinness World Records, Seven Network Studios, Sydney, New South Wales, Australia on August 16th, 2005.
